Welcome, Spartans!

This is the first post of many that will be dedicated to the boys and girls cross country teams at La Canada High School.

The aim of this blog/website is to communicate, to report, and to educate you, my athlete, about all aspects--training, racing, nutrition, etc.--that will benefit your season. Additionally, through this site, my hope is to assist you in achieving  your personal goals in particular and your overall success as runner and team member.
